Searching for the perfect , "no hardware", adjustable use for just about everything bag?? Perfect for knitting projects, toys, grooming supplies, art stuff, even as a lunch tote?
Here it is:
I designed this bag four years ago for my local knitting shop as a solution for a project bag that the teachers could use while walking around the store. Of course, no zippers or velcro could be used which might damage the fibers. So I came up with this great bag! Little did we know what a big hit it was for everyone!
Not only was it used for their knitting but also for their personal items that needed to be viewed - for instance at sporting events!
I know this will be a great pattern for you and you will make more than one!
It's also a great scrap buster because all the pieces are small enough for a few fat quarters and small widths of 44/45 fabrics!
Dimensions:
8" around on the bottom and 8" high.
Approximately 25" around.
Shoulder strap shown is 54" but it's up to you. Maybe you don't want one at all and prefer to use just the drawstring!
Enjoy the pattern!
Make for yourself or for gifts. No resale please.
